Boot Camp Booster
is the personal training that is available from our expert trainers. We offer complete, customized one-on-one training
to help you meet your personal fitness goals. We'll include strength training, cardio-vascular exercise and specific
sports techniques -- whatever the perfect personalized formula is for you.
Boot Camp Booster also includes personal nutritional counseling. We'll show
you how to use your daily caloric intake to increase energy, burn fat and meet your nutritional needs. Nutritional
supplements will be discussed. We'll even take you to the grocery store so you can learn to read and understand the
packaging nutritional information and how you can eat the best possible diet.
Boot Camp Booster runs for four weeks, three times a week (days of your choosing)
for two hours each session. It's the ultimate in personal attention toward your well being!
