     Bailey's Boot Camp is where positive motivation meets exercise science.  Everyone knows the excellent condition that soldiers, sailors and Marines are in when they complete boot camp.  The government accomplishes this by putting the recruits through a formulated workout of intense anaerobic exercise combined with aerobic activity to build lean muscle and strip away fat.  
  
      Bailey's Boot Camp has taken that knowledge and designed an outdoor fitness experience that will challenge you more than you would ever challenge yourself. A variety of fitness training strategies are utilized such as cardiovascular and strength training activities, calisthenics, core conditioning, obstacle course drills, stretching, hill work, and sand drills.  All of these components are strategically designed to make you become healthy, fit, and strong while realizing your true fitness potential! 

     Bailey's Boot Camp is only $199.00 for the 3 day a week session or $299.00 for the 6 day a week session (Best Value!).  All sessions are 1 hr. 30 mins. and include:

                       * four (4) week training program
                       * nutritional counseling
                       * before & after body composition testing
                       * technique assessment

What to Bring

  • comfortable workout clothes

  • hand weights - 3 to 5 lbs. (or two .5L water bottles)
